肝X受体（liver X receptor，LXR）是核受体超家族的成员之一，人LXR最早是由Willy于1995从肝cDNA文库分离得到，因在肝脏表达丰富而命名。近年来随着LXR内源性配体的发现和分子结构与功能研究的进展，人们对LXR生物学功能的了解有了长足的进步。LXR作为一种氧化固醇激活的核受体，参与机体多种生理活动的调节，包括胆固醇的代谢和转运、脂肪的形成、糖原异生和炎症等过程。在心血管疾病的基础研究中LXR与动脉粥样硬化、缺血再灌注损伤及心肌重构关系密切，是近年来的研究热点之一。查看更多

2009年至2010年，我院采用直视下射频消融术和经导管射频消融术治疗心房颤动（房颤，AF）93例，现回顾性对比分析两种治疗方式效果，以期指导临床工作。
资料和方法全组男50例，女43例。按照治疗方式不同分为两组，射频消融组（A组）64例，导管消融组（B组）29例。患者一般资料见表1。
